Finding inner peace in a busy world….
“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray” ~Rumi
Breaking limiting thought habits and patterns requires work that moves beyond thinking into feeling, and eventually beyond feeling into being able to experience presence and mindfulness, the state that allows us to access the “gap between stimulus and response” that Stephen Covey, famous leadership expert and author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People refers to. This is fundamental to our evolution to higher levels of maturity and functioning. Moving beyond the mind allows us to access our other intelligences of heart and body, which research shows, is far more effective as a leadership competency than using mental intelligence alone.
I assist both private and corporate clients to develop their somatic (body) intelligence, positive energy, mindfulness, relaxation and concentration abilities through the platforms of yoga and meditation sessions. My corporate clients include the Spar Group, Unilever and Women of Africa and I am involved in the social entrepreneurship Township Yogi project, and my private clients include various busy , successful CEOs and MDs in Durban looking to enhance their energy and mindfulness and reduce stress.
What makes my offering unique?
